Mystery geeks in the UK won’t have to wait ‘that long’ for one of their favourite detectives to be back on TV.
Sherlock writer Steven Moffat confirmed the show’s return to the Radio Times saying: “when we’re good and ready – it won’t be that long – but when we’re ready, you’ll get the follow-up.
He warned that while viewers will be getting another season, they would also have to “get used to a bit of starvation.”
“We’re making movies – those six films we’ve made could go in the cinema. You can’t factory produce that – it’s a different kind of show” he explained…

From scoffing our faces with Advent calendar chocolate to the Dr Who Christmas special and ALL the late night shopping – it’s our favourite time of the year.
